It's been a fantastic school year! As we wind down, be sure to ask you children about the information shared with them on Step Up Day. For those who like to plan ahead, a supply list for the upcoming 8th graders is posted below. Summer readinghas been assigned to the students by Mrs. Nealon and is available on the Grade 7 web page. Summer math work for incoming 7th and 8th graders can be found by clicking the links in the right panel of this page. Assignments do not have to be printed out. Students with iPads may complete their assignments in Notability. Others may opt to write their answers on a printed copy of the answer sheet provided. Be sure to label each assignment clearly to receive full credit!

Grade 8 Supply List 2013-2014 School Year
Personal Supplies:
*padded cover for school issued iPads (iPads will not be assigned to students without a padded protective cover)
*One 3 ring binder (1 1/2 or 2") with dividers for math, science, and history
*One green three ring binder for English, vocab, and reading
*5 packs of loose leaf paper
*1 pack of graph paper
*pens (blue or black)
*red pen for correcting
*pencils (mechanical are preferred)
*highlighters
*coloring supplies (crayons or colored pencils)
*art box and labeled art shirt
*black sharpie
*glue (sticks and liquid)
*ruler
*notebook for Religion
*yellow folder and single subject notebook for Spanish
Optional:
*stylus for use with iPad
*headphones
Classroom supplies:
*paper towels
*Kleenex
*wipes (both baby wipes and Clorox)
